I am delighted that Gloucestershire remains in Tier 2, a relief for so many people and businesses. Two grants worth £470,521 million have been awarded to The Barn Theatre Project and the Corinium Museum in the Cotswolds. The funding is part of the first round of announcements on the Government’s £1.57 billion Culture Recovery Fund Grants programme, being administered by the Arts Council.
Three Cotswolds organisations have benefited from the £1.57 billion Culture Recovery Fund, with grants awarded as part of the Heritage Project Funding. The Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, the Rt Hon Oliver Dowden CBE MP, announced Forestry England (Westonbirt, the National Arboretum), Friends of the Cotswolds, and Tetbury Police Museum and Courtroom, will all benefit from the grant.
