Sir Geoffrey Clifton-Brown MP samples delicious kebab to support constituent’s nomination for ‘Kebab Van of the Year’ at the Turkish Restaurant and Takeaway Awards.
Sir Geoffrey visited Osman Akdeniz at his kebab van in Bourton-on-the-Water last Friday in support of his bid to compete in the Turkish Restaurant and Takeaway Awards. The Cotswolds MP met the team running the kebab van, and he and his assistant were delighted to be given the opportunity to sample the delicious kebabs produced by Osman.
Osman and his team provide a really good service for the people of Bourton when they wish to find a quick and tasty meal, even late in the evening when other establishments in the town might be closed.
The MP has written to the Turkish Restaurant and Takeaway Awards (TURTA) in support of his bid to win the competition taking place on 5th November in London, and urges as many as constituents as possible to follow the link to also vote for him before the deadline this Saturday 4th November.
