Cotswolds MP, Geoffrey Clifton-Brown awarded Long Service Awards to two stalwart Cotswolds members on Saturday 22 July; who between them they have served the Conservative Party for 40 years.

Mr Clifton-Brown presented the awards to Mrs. Eva Baldwin, aged 93, who was the Treasurer of the Chalford & Bussage Branch for 21 years; he also recognized Miss Muriel Milton’s 17 years as Secretary to the same branch.

Mr Clifton-Brown said:

“I am delighted to present these awards to Miss Milton and Mrs Baldwin. They have served their community and their Party selflessly and without complaint. In civic life today their attitude toward selfless public service is increasingly rare, and it is a joy to recognize and celebrate.”
