Big Yellow Bus Project

On the 28th February, the Cotswold MP, Sir Geoffrey Clifton-Brown MP, visited the Big Yellow Bus Project in Cirencester and was impressed by the work they are doing to provide a warm and comfortable place for the homeless to sleep.

“I was very pleased to visit the Cirencester Big Yellow Bus Project and see the terrific job they are doing to provide emergency temporary accommodation for people who find themselves in dire circumstances.  My visit also made me wonder whether the official figures for rough sleeping in the area were correct.  My task now is to get the Council to provide them with a mains electricity supply for heating, lighting and warming up hot drinks.”
