Brooks Newmark: To ask the Secretary of State for International Development if he will take steps to (a) ensure local HIV positive survivors of the Rwandan genocide continue to receive targeted support and (b) support local organisations in Rwanda in providing services to HIV positive genocide survivors after March 2010.

Brooks Newmark: To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what recent representations he has made to the government of the Democratic Republic of Congo on the arrest and transfer to the International Criminal Court of General Bosco Ntaganda.

Brooks Newmark: To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions how many people in (a) England, (b) Essex and (c) Braintree constituency are in receipt of incapacity benefit; and how many of these have been in receipt of incapacity benefit for more than 12 months.

Brooks Newmark: To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions how many people in (a) England, (b) Essex and (c) Braintree constituency receive (i) income-related and (ii) contributory employment and support allowance; and how many of these are in paid employment.

Brooks Newmark: To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government which types of business he expects to experience the highest increase in rateable values as a result of the April 2010 business rate revaluation.

Brooks Newmark: To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions how many people in (a) England, (b) Essex and (c) Braintree constituency are in receipt of each type of benefit administered by her Department.

Brooks Newmark: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what recent assessment he has made of the security threat posed by the Taliban in the Afghanistan-Pakistan border region.

Brooks Newmark: To ask the Minister of State, Department for Business, Innovation and Skills for what reasons a sub-postmaster's or sub-postmistress's contract may be terminated.

Brooks Newmark: To ask the Minister of State, Department for Business, Innovation and Skills whether sub-postmasters and sub-postmistresses are permitted to be accompanied by (a) solicitors and (b) other people independent of the Post Office at disciplinary meetings.

Brooks Newmark: To ask the Minister of State, Department for Business, Innovation and Skills how many sub-postmasters and sub-postmistresses have been subject to disciplinary action in respect of incidents related to the use of the Post Office Horizon system; and what standards of proof are used by the Post Office when investigating such incidents.

Brooks Newmark: To ask the Minister of State, Department for Business, Innovation and Skills who conducts appeal proceedings in respect of disciplinary action taken against Post Office employees.

Brooks Newmark: To ask the Minister of State, Department for Business, Innovation and Skills what changes to the Post Office Horizon system will be made in the development of a new system.

Brooks Newmark: To ask the Minister of State, Department for Business, Innovation and Skills what timetable he has set for the implementation of the new Post Office Horizon system; and what his most recent estimate is of the cost of implementing that system.

Brooks Newmark: To ask the Minister of State, Department for Business, Innovation and Skills what mechanisms are in place for independent audit and checking of the new Post Office Horizon system prior to its implementation.

Brooks Newmark: To ask the Minister of State, Department for Business, Innovation and Skills what estimate he has made of the likely savings to the Exchequer consequent on the implementation of the new Post Office Horizon system.

Brooks Newmark: To ask the Minister of State, Department for Business, Innovation and Skills whether the Post Office Horizon system will be examined by independent auditors prior to its replacement.

Brooks Newmark: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what percentage of precision engineering equipment used by the armed forces is purchased from UK suppliers.

Brooks Newmark: To ask the Minister of State, Department for Business, Innovation and Skills whether he has received reports of errors in the Post Office Horizon system which have led to Postmasters or Postmistresses being falsely accused of fraud; and if he will make a statement.

Brooks Newmark: To ask the Minister of State, Department for Business, Innovation and Skills how much capital funding was originally allocated to each National Construction College by the Learning and Skills Council for 2009-10; and how much of that funding has since been withdrawn from each college.
